As a first time home owner, I had no idea what to expect from the home buying experience. And initially with another broker found it extremely daunting and confusing. Wayne clarified the situation for me with step by step advise — when needed, not overloading, or confusing.

End of the day, Wayne made the experience as easy as possible, and was accessable every step of the way.

We have now been dealing with Wayne for almost five years and he has brokered 6 different loans for us. At all times he has provided the highest level of service. He is always available to explain things and generally keeps us from feeling overwhelmed by the whole process.

We have bought off the plan several times and this comes with problems but Wayne has always been on hand to walk us through the minefields. He has a good knowledge of the processes and pitfalls involved with purchasing investment properties!

Myself and my fiancé were first home buyers and had no idea how to go about organising a mortgage.

A First Class Experience!

I’m grateful for being pointed towards Finance Mentors and in particular Director Wayne Banks-Smith by my boss Scott Neilson (Director, Astra Apartments Vic Pty Ltd).
